Electro-Luminescent (EL) Inverters

Several ranges of Inverters for Driving Electro Luminescent Panels.
These devices generate a sine wave AC from a self oscillating circuit. The output transformer is tuned such that it acts as a luminance compensating system when used with capacitive EL panels. This mechanism increases the output from the inverter as the EL panel decays in brightness during normal life. This increases the effective life of the EL Panel.

Lamp Material Group Information

• Group P = Printed Membrane Panels. (eg Danielson, NFI/Cookson, WASP)
• Group L = Two layer Standard Panels. (eg Back lights. Locktite, PACEL)
• Group S = Split electrode Material. (eg E-Lume, Litron)
• Group W = EL Wire.

Large Chassis Mounting Potted EL Inverter for Harsh Environments. Programmable options available. Available with flasher and sequence options. Internal regulator and power supply opions. Available in several sizes.
Plug Top Boxed High Power EL Inverter for Display Panels. Ideal for stand-alone Advertising Displays.
Boxed High Power EL Inverter for Large Display Panels. International mains (110/220/240) and vehicle (6/12/24/42) type supplies available. Available with flasher and lamp sequencer options. Brightness adjustment control fitted as standard.
Low Profile Potted EL Inverter for Behind Panel Mounting. High Power suitable for panels up to A4 size. Not suitable for Quiet Acoustic locations.
