ORDER STATUS

  • Page updated 15 Jun 2009.

What this is.

  • This page is a link to an extract from our Sales Order Database.
  • This is to allow customers feedback on make-to-order items.

How it works.

  • You will be given an back order number in the format 12345 for each item not in stock.
  • If you do not have an order number yet - give us a day or two to create one and email it to you.
  • The list is updated within a few days of an order being created.
  • We hope to update this list every few days.
  • If we have told you that your order is been shipped from stock it will not appear on the list.
  • We hope to add 'Expected shipping date' soon.
  • Follow the link below and scroll down to the order number.
